3 Hour Residential Plan & Render
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a residential layout that must be turned into a finished floor plan and a fully textured 3-D render within the next three hours. The design covers every major area of a home—living room, kitchen, bedrooms, all bathrooms and utility zones, plus an outdoor feature such as a small garden or patio.
The visual style should read as warm, timeless traditional rather than modern or minimalist, so think classic detailing, balanced proportions, and a neutral palette that still feels lived-in.
Deliverables
• Scaled, dimensioned floor plan in PDF and the original editable file (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar).
• High-resolution 3-D renderings (at least two interior angles and one exterior/patio shot).
I’m ready to supply any sketches, inspirational photos, or quick measurements you may need the moment we start; however, I need someone already comfortable working fast in tools like SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar so we can hit the three-hour deadline without compromise on clarity or accuracy. If you can commit to that turnaround, let’s begin right away.
