Hotel Facade Render Costing
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a detailed construction-cost calculation for repairing and fully re-rendering the cracked façade of my London hotel. The elevation is well over 500 m² and the remedial specification has already been fixed: surface preparation to deal solely with cracking, followed by an acrylic render system. The specifications are attached

That means breaking down labour, plant (scaffolding, access, waste removal), materials (all layers of the acrylic system, bonding agents, mesh, primers, sealers), prelims, overheads, profit and a realistic contingency.
