Hotel CAD & Lighting Completion
Budget: $30 – $50 CAD
For my ongoing hotel design assignment I have already set the concept and basic zoning, but I still need the technical package that turns the concept into build-ready drawings and visuals. Your role is to take my sketches and notes and translate them into:
• Planned hotel layouts – full floor plans that align with my zoning, include circulation, FF&E tags and comply with standard room sizes.
• Detailed CAD areas – enlarged guest room, lobby, back-of-house and service cores drawn in AutoCAD with dimensions, materials and key elevations.
• Lighting plans – reflected ceiling plans showing fixture types, circuiting and switching legends ready for an MEP engineer.
• Renders – a short list of high-resolution interior and exterior views that match the final layouts.
I will share reference sketches, brand guidelines and existing CAD underlay. Please keep layer naming tidy, use metric units and deliver editable DWG files plus PDFs for quick review. Renders can be produced in SketchUp + V-Ray.
Acceptance will be based on drawing accuracy, clear annotation, consistency between plans and visuals, and prompt incorporation of up to two rounds of minor comments.
