Hotel Bar Material Take-offs - Estimating
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an Estimator with Custom Metalwork and Millwork experience who can provide accurate material take-offs and estimates for my hotel bar project. The bar will be made of wood and bronze and will be a large area, over 1000 sq ft. There are 31 additional pages in this set including further elevations, details, finish schedules and sections.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Knowledge and expertise in estimating and material take-offs for large commercial projects using Bluebeam Revu software V20.2.90
- Experience in estimating custom design and building of bars and restaurants
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and estimates
