Hospital HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Drawings

I need a full set of coordinated MEP drawings for a new hospital. The architectural DWGs are ready and I now want to overlay complete HVAC, electrical and plumbing layouts that a contractor can price and build from, and that will satisfy our local authority.

Deliverables
• HVAC: duct and pipe routing, sizing, equipment selection and schedules
• Electrical: lighting, small power, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, low-current allowance
• Plumbing & drainage: water supply, waste, riser diagrams, fixture counts, equipment schedules
• Legends, notes, sections and details as required
• Final files in DWG and PDF (a Revit model would be a plus)

Acceptance criteria
• Layered and clash-free drawings that align with my architectural plans
• Compliance with recognised standards (ASHRAE, IEC, IPC or equivalent)
• Ready for tender and permit submission

When you respond, include a detailed project proposal that walks me through your workflow, software, estimated timeline and similar healthcare projects you have completed. A clear method for internal coordination and issue resolution will help your bid stand out.

The hospital package is the immediate priority; a hotel project will follow and may be awarded to the same freelancer if this phase goes smoothly. I am aiming to approve a final set within three weeks of kick-off, so let me know how you plan to meet that timeframe and what information you need from me on day one.
