Home sketch up

I'm looking for an experienced home sketch up designer to help me with a renovation planning project. My desired style is Modern and neat. I would like to see the home with a double dutch gable carport and a silver steel roof instead of the existing concrete tile roof. I need the designer to create a visual representation of the proposed layout, and ensure that it meets all standards of safety and energy efficiency. The layout needs to be optimized for efficient use of space and must take into account all aspects of the design from the exterior. The sketches should be detailed and be able to communicate a quick and comprehensive vision of the final product. I'm open to ideas and suggestions from the designer and expect high quality work.
