Home blueprints, supply list

I am looking to create blueprints for a large home (over 2,500 sq.ft.). The style I have in mind is Traditional and I have very specific requirements for the layout and number of rooms. I am looking for a skilled draftsman to create comprehensive blueprints for the entire home, including floor plans, ceiling plans, electrical, hvac, sanitary, and other services for a finished product. In addition to the blueprints, I would also need a list of all materials needed for completion of the project. The project should include all necessary technical drawings, measurements, simulations, and calculations, all of which should be provided in an easy-to-understand format. I would also appreciate being able to provide my input on the project along the way so that I can create a customized home that meets my exact needs and preferences.
