Freelancer Needed: Floor Plan Redrawing & Extension Drawings for Planning Permission
I am seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with two key tasks related to an upcoming home renovation project:
Redraw Existing Floor Plan: You will take an existing floor plan that I have and accurately redraw it, ensuring all measurements, details, and layouts are clearly represented.
Design & Drawings for Planning Permission: I am planning a 4.5m extension and will require detailed drawings to submit for planning permission. These need to be professionally done to meet local regulations and should clearly illustrate the proposed extension's impact on the current layout.
Requirements:
Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Experience in creating floor plans and planning permission drawings
Familiarity with UK planning permission requirements (if relevant)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to deliver quality work within agreed timelines
