Home Conversion Plans: 2 to 4 Units

'm looking for an experienced architect or designer to convert my existing two-unit duplex into a four-unit property. The units will be two bedrooms and one bath. The design should maximize space and functionality while complying with local zoning and building codes. The primary purpose of these new units is to generate rental income, so the designs should focus on creating desirable, functional, and efficient living spaces that will attract tenant and minimizing new construction and making use of what is already existing. . Please include in your bid examples of similar projects you have completed. This is existing as 2 twin homes currently and wanting to make each home a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. There is already 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in each unit. However one of the units has a half bath that needs to be converted into 1 full bathroom. I can send photos of needed.
