Home Addition Architectural Plans

I need architectural plans for a home addition that includes:

- Cross sections
- Elevations
- Schedule
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans

The plans must comply with Massachusetts state code for wind loading, snow loading, and seismic code. The addition will be on a slab foundation with a crawl space for utilities and plumbing access.

Requirements:
- Addition to include separate rooms for a bedroom, bathroom, gym, laundry, and fireplace, with clear divisions.
- Plans must be stamped by a licensed architect in Massachusetts.
- Initial drawings are provided; expansion is off the back of the breezeway and garage. Utility shed will be removed during build.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in residential architectural design
- Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and regulations
