Home Addition
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a 1/2 bungalow and 1/2 ranch home in Michigan that I would like to put a full second story addition on and also frame in a 3 season room that sits on a slab with full 4ft deep foundation and footer. The total addition will be in the range of 1600 sqft with adding 4 more bedroom and 2 bathrooms. One of our goals is to use engineered trusses/I-joist to achieve a more open concept in the lower levels, and make the upper level a full rectangle.
The house is set on a crawl space with 4ft foundations and is approximately 26ft X 52ft almost rectangle besides a section that is inset for the porch(about 4ft X 24ft). The 3 season room is approximately 16ft X30ft and as said before is set on a full foundation. I have plans drawn for the I new layout wanted that I can send if needed.
