Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am working with Saurge and Associates Architectural out of Jacksonville FL. and need a structural engineer to design the load Beams/Lentils needed for the home remodel. we are taking the load wall out in the middle of the house to open it up. The floor trusses are 16" tall and span half the way of the house. Also, we are putting in two 16" windows in the back so we would need a concrete lentil or a steel beam, or? the third is the stairway tower opening to support the second floor.
