Hiring long term Revit & AutoCAD experts

Hello,
We are an architectural agency based in New Jersey, Canada and are looking for long term drafting assistance in revit as well as AutoCAD.
Please note that we are looking for people who have already worked on US projects and have a good understanding of the US standards. Experience in ADU's is an added advantage.
In order to get shortlisted you will be provided with a test project based on which we will decide whether you are a fit for us or not.
Our hourly rates are fixed i.e. USD 8/hr for both Revit & AutoCAD.
Please attach some previously completed samples for our reference.
