I'm seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in structural design for a large-scale high-rise residential building project. The individual will be responsible for creating comprehensive and functional structural designs that comply with codes and regulations. They will be working closely with architects and construction teams, hence excellent communication skills are a must.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proven experience in designing structural elements for large-scale residential buildings.
- Proficiency in CAD software and structural software (such as SAP2000 or ETABS)
- Familiarity with high-rise building design standards and regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in construction supervision will be beneficial as the role may involve visiting the construction site periodically to oversee the implementation of the designs.
