High-Rise Formwork Contact Take-off
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Axis Formwork is looking for someone to complete a one-time quantity takeoff for a high-rise concrete building. The scope is to review structural drawings (IFC/IFP) and measure formwork contact area for shear walls, core, columns, and slabs as needed. The goal is to produce accurate quantities so we can price the project properly, including a basic breakdown by level (typical floors vs podium if applicable).
Deliverables should be a clean Excel takeoff showing total formwork area and breakdown per element, along with clear notes on assumptions or missing information. The ideal candidate has experience reading structural drawings and doing concrete/formwork takeoffs, and can work accurately and efficiently to meet a short timeline.
TImeline: 2-3 days
