High-Detail Room 3D Renderings

I have a single residential room that I need brought to life through highly detailed 3D renderings. Please work in AutoCAD and push the visuals as far as the software allows—accurate textures, realistic lighting, and true-to-life materials are essential. I already have the room’s dimensions and reference photos ready to share; once you receive them, you can begin modeling and texturing immediately.
What I’ll look for in the final hand-off:
• The native AutoCAD file (.dwg) with clean, organized layers
• High-resolution stills suitable for presentation (JPEG or PNG)
• Any linked texture files so the scene can be re-opened without missing assets
