Home design with full plan documents ready for structural engineering. 3000 sq ft single story home with approximately 1000 sq. ft. three car garage. Already have full plans but we needed to downsize and time is of the essence as previous designer is booked. Attached adjusted footprint shows smaller design while additional attached is the original plan. One on One discussion will need to happen for proper adjustments to be made.
