765 kV Hardware Clamp Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need complete engineering for hardware strings, clamps, and connectors that serve both overhead transmission lines and substation buses, all rated up to 765 kV under standard service conditions. The scope spans suspension and tension assemblies, dead-end clamps, jumper connectors, and the companion fittings that link insulator strings to conductors, towers, or buswork.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Detailed mechanical and electrical design calculations that verify thermal, tensile, and corona performance at 765 kV
• 3-D models and fabrication drawings in a mainstream CAD package (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD are all fine) with full bill of materials
• Material specifications compliant with IEC / IEEE standards, identifying galvanizing, casting, or forged components as required
• Assembly sheets that show every bolt, cotter pin, and spacer, making it clear to a fabricator what goes where
• A concise design report summarising assumptions, safety factors, and test references
Acceptance criteria
The deliverables must pass a design review for mechanical load (SLL/UTS), temperature rise, and corona performance, and be ready for manufacturing without further detailing.
If this matches your expertise, tell me which similar 400 kV–765 kV fittings you have engineered and which CAD/FEA tools you will use.
