Hand Sketch to CAD Floor Plans

Attached are the 3 sketches of a residential basement, main floor and second floor. Draw in CAD modal space only, similar to the sample cad plan picture attached. Use similar dimensioning for area measurements, make a quick draft for my review and I will provide more comments and markups to get it finished. sample picture shows some calculations in bedrooms, it is NOT REQUIRED IN THIS PROJECT. I will also send a sample cad file after your first draft, so that you can understand all legends. First draft is not an extra work.
