2D HVAC to 3D Revit Conversion

I need a professional with extensive experience in HVAC systems and Revit to convert our 2D HVAC system into a 3D model.

The project involves:
- Converting Piping and Mechanical Equipment into 3D
- Following specific standards including EU and ANSI.
- Adding insulation layers to the pipes in the 3D model
- Creating a detailed 3D layout of the mechanical rooms
- Verifying the proper placement of HVAC equipment based on the 2D plans
- Coordinate with architects to ensure the 3D HVAC model aligns with the overall building layout.
- Run clash detection tests in Revit to identify and resolve any conflicts between HVAC systems and other building components.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all data and model components meet the defined standards and requirements.
- Optimize the 3D HVAC model for energy efficiency while maintaining compliance with EU and ANSI standards.
- Generate detailed technical documentation for the 3D HVAC model including specifications and installation guidelines.

I'll provide you with the necessary materials including the building Revit architectural files, contractual files, and other systems models to not overlap them all . Your expertise will ensure that the final model is both accurate and compliant.

There are no equipment family files, you would need to create them, basic details are ok in this instance.

There are 10 identical systems, create one, copy/paste other.

The expected timeline for completion is within 2 months. The 3D model should be developed to LOD 400, which includes detailed fabrication and installation information for the HVAC systems. Please provide weekly progress updates. Technical documentation should include basic information such as component lists and general instructions. Please use Revit 2022 for the 3D HVAC model development.
