We already have existing plans for a 1100sq.ft. ADU, the plans have electrical layout, gas, plumbing, etc...
We need to show HVAC layout, with ducting size and location, and Calculations.
And we need to show Electrical Load calculations, to determine how many AMPS are needed for the new ADU structure.
