Hello, I am looking for an MEP system design for 12 studio / hotel-type units in a single building. I do have the Revit model already. each unit is <250 sqft unit. Please Tell me what the final deliverable looks like in your bid and we can have the mechanical room on the top floor or anywhere efficiently as per your recommendations. I am looking forward to future-proof and efficient solutions while being affordable. I am open to having a VRF system or 12 individual heat pump systems etc., or any other latest systems as per your suggestions.
I do have revit/CAD versions of the same.
