HVAC Design Approval for Commercial Renovation

I am in need of a mechanical engineer that is registered to work in Victoria, Australia to sign off on a design done by an engineer in NSW. I will need you to review the designs, possibly amend any specifications to lower the costs and sign off on the document as well as sign a form 126 for the building surveyor to issue a building permit. The design is of an exhaust system in the dining area of my restaurant that will be using charcoal, as well as a charcoal room built separately.
