HVAC CAD Drawings (proposed/working & as-built)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We have secured a project which requires working drawings for the HVAC systems we are proposing.
THE PROPOSED DRAWINGS ARE AN URGENT REQUREMENT AND NEED COMPLETING BY 06/08/21
Attached is the consultant’s layout with our notes/markings on it. Also, we have attached a blank copy of our CAD master document.
The client's CAD file is attached. Please remove any green dashed partitions and any comments marked W: P01, W:P02 etc. Leave all core areas (stairs WC's etc.) and ensure the layout matches the PDF.
Please transfer the layout to the Aura CAD Master. Then add the HVAC equipment, complete with notes and markings.
Include a Key showing each component included within the HVAC system. Note what each item is and list the relevant reference codes next to each item.
Title the document as Proposed HVAC Layout
Once the works are complete, we need to submit 'as-built' drawings to reflect the final layouts. This requirement will come at a later date. Please include for this within your cost. We will make a 50% payment for the first drawings and a 50% payment for the second drawings.
The drawings will be reviewed by a consultant for comments so please ensure you have availability to make amendments where appropriate.
