I'm looking for a professional with experience in architectural design and AutoCAD or EdrawMax to create a detailed and scaled floor plan for a 12-room guesthouse on a 2,400 sqft land plot.
Key Requirements:
- 10 standard rooms (200 sqft each), 2 rooftop suites (300 sqft each), reception, and a dining lounge (35 seats) spread across 2 stories plus a rooftop
- Adherence to boundary offset of 600 mm (60% built-up, 40% open space for landscaping)
- Incorporation of accessibility and safety features (fire exits, sprinklers)
- Use of AutoCAD or EdrawMax to create a scaled plan
- Labelling of all rooms, dimensions, and features
- Submission as a PDF by April 16, 2025
