Guest Room Redesign & Revit 3D Model

I need to correct an existing CAD drawing of a hotel room section redrawn from an interior design perspective. The redesign must ensure that the load is appropriately distributed on the structural columns and also creates a functional layout. A basic Revit 3D version of the entire plan is required, with proper placements of hotel room objects and each bathroom, including accurate functional space measurements.
