I’m reorganising the entire ground floor of my house and I need a complete set of updated plans to match the new layout. The master bedroom will shift to the front of the house while all storage space—and the relocated laundry—move to the rear. The kitchen will also be re-worked; I’m open to your design ideas on the most efficient new layout as long as it integrates smoothly with the revised traffic flow.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Structural: revised floor plan, wall removals or additions, lintel/beam sizing, and any footing or load-path notes that protect the integrity of the build.
• Electrical: updated circuit and outlet map, lighting plan, and panel schedule that anticipates today’s appliance loads while leaving room for future expansion.
• Plumbing: relocated supply and waste lines for the laundry and any kitchen changes, plus updated riser diagrams.
• Estimate: a clear item-by-item cost breakdown so I understand the impact of each change.

Please deliver editable CAD files (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) plus PDFs ready for council/building-department submission. If you foresee code issues or practical constraints, flag them early so we can adapt before drawings are finalised.
