Greenhouse and landscape project management

I need help with a building permit, architectural drawings, contract management, logistics, scheduling of trades and dealing with the local council while I build my greenhouse, get drainage installed in the backyard and build my landscaped backyard. I need help managing workflow, making decisions and finding the right team of contractors.
