Georgia Earth Home

I am looking for a structural engineer who can look over a set of drawings for a small home I am building. This person needs to be able to make certified recommendations in the state of Georgia, USA. I am not a builder. I am an individual trying to build a home for my family. The home will be rather unique in that it will be constructed using insulated concrete forms, earth berm on three sides and a green /sod roof. Although I truly appreciate the international nature of Freelancer I am looking for an engineer in the USA for this project.
