Georgia Earth Berm Home

This will be phase I of an insulated concrete form home that will be earth berm on three sides and have a green roof. I have drawings but I need them in CAD for an engineering company to look it over and give me specifications ( foot dimensions, rebar spacing ect). I do not build homes. I am building this home for my family and myself. Also this will only be phase one of a larger home. We plan to move into this home, sell an existing home and then build phase II.
