I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Generative AI tool to generate office floor plan layout.

Key requirements include:
- Input based on floor area, floor plan and direction, number of seats / area per seat requirement etc
- Seats placement including different formats as per input - open work stations, cabins, meeting rooms etc
- Amenities like reception, cafeteria, washroom, walking area etc
- Space utilisation break up to maximise seats
- Finishing and fitting elements placement like doors, windows, partition wall, flooring, bathroom fittings, furniture etc
- Finishing material choices
- Room / space annotations (common area workstations, cabins, cafeteria, washroom, reception etc)
- Detailed dimensions
- Lines as per architectural requirements
- Any other aspects as per drawing
- generate 3D renders of the drawings
- Tool to be interactive to make modifications on the generated floor plan with ability to make modifications using the tool
- Auto-generate based on input dimensions
- Tool to give 3 options of floor plans initially
