General Striping -- 2

I own a company in California that draws temporary traffic control plans. I'm looking for a salary employee employee that can draw the roads and road stripes only, for my team here to take and use for our designs. Sample attached. This is not just tracing the curbs and stripes. It is required to measure and offset all linework so it's as parallel as possible.
