Garage second story

Existing garage two story’s tall open to the rafters, ballooned framed walls. I want to add a second story floor. The garage is 28 x 24. I want to span a steel beam accross the 24’ (so roughly 25’ once in the wall) and run the floor joist into the sides of beam. The beam will only be taking the load of the floor and what ever we put up there(living space). What size beam do I need? Planned on a W14 x 22 with 5” flange sitting on 5x5x1/4” steel post with 1/2”x5”x16” plates on bottom of post, sitting on existing foundation. Would like verification if this is sufficient
