Garage Permit Plan Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need contruction permit plans for a detached, unfinished garage measuring 26 feet wide by 24 feet deep on a 0.8 acre residential lot. I will provide three sheet sample drawings from the local building permit department:
1. Plot Plan
2. Elevations
3. Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, and Wall Cross Section
Additionally, I will furnish:
- Recorded plat showing lot lines
- Location of existing house and proposed garage
Requirements:
- Follow provided building codes and local regulations.
-Concrete slab floor and foundation with thickened outside edge for the foundation
-Link to sample drawings required attached
