Garage to Livable Space Conversion Permit Plans

I need permit plans plans for converting my garage into a livable space. The primary purpose of this space will be a traditional-style living room, with a key feature being the inclusion of a bathroom and a sink.

There will be a sink on the wall outside of the bathroom
Show insulation on the wall between the garage and the house
Show that firewall drywall will be used between the garage space and the house
