Garage Conversion to Livable Space Plan from an existing AutoCAD drawing

I have recently had Architectural Drawings completed for a 2-storey house and garage.
I have now decided to change the use of the garage to a temporary house to live in while the main house is under construction.
Our local Building Control office (in the UK) has asked us to provide updated drawing for our new proposals.
I am seeking an experienced Architect to make the necessary changes to the existing AutoCAD drawings of the Garage. The external size of the Garage is 8.6 mts. x 6.6 mts.
We will provide a simple sketch of the proposed layout.

Drawings to be completed in AutoCAD – however for me to verify the drawings they should be supplied in a PDF fie. When the drawings are completed an AutoCAD file should be supplied to enable me to print.
The temporary Garage Floor plan drawing is the only drawing to be completed – on A3 paper
Please keep in mind that there may be further modifications after the drawing has been reviewed by Building Control.
