Garage Condo Design

Looking for someone who can create site plans for the interior build out of my 24W x 40L garage condo that will have a 24 x 20 loft and stairs roughed in. Plumbing and electrical will be stubbed in. Need someone to draw plans for the final electrical and plumbing work as I want to put a bathroom with shower along with a TV area and kitchen in the loft. Attached is a pic of current phase, when I take possession, and what I want I would like the layout to finally look like. Just need site plans now for electrical and plumbing so I can have that done prior to drywall being screwed in.
