Garage to ADU Architectural Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a professional architect to edit my plans for converting a garage into a residential ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit).
I have plans that need further development. I am attaching a PDF of these plans. I am also attaching a document listing all the changes that are required. I have dwg rvt and pcp as well.
Firstly, all files are to be converted to landscape orientation and supplied to me in .pcp,dwg and PDF formatted to 18” x24” or bigger.
You need to have proven experience in drawing architectural plans and creating plans in my required format.
Please make proposals only if you can deliver in less than 24hrs. And in that situation state how many hours you need.
