I need drawings for footings and an architectural blueprint for a 12 ft by 21 ft garage addition. The purpose of this addition is to provide me with extra storage space. It should attach to the existing garage at the roof line, accommodating a gable-style roof. To meet my preferences, please, no windows are to be included in the design.
