Furniture, Landscape and Detailed drawings for a 700 sqm villa
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create detailed drawings for my approx 700 sqm villa. The desired style for the drawings is modern and timeless. While I have some general ideas in mind, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The main focus for this project is creating a furniture layout, to which the remaining drawings should follow.
Deliverables are:
1- spacial review of the floor plans
2-furniture layout
3-exterior elevations and grading
4-MEP, including lighting and drainage ducts and storm water drainage
5- Airconditioning ducts
6-ceiling and lighting drawings
7-kitchens and bathrooms
8-telephone, internet and smart home devices layout
9- landscape - including outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating and dining, play area and vegetable garden in backyard
CAD drawings can be supplied
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating the above layout drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately portray design elements in drawings
