Full-Time Structural Engineer (MST) - 19/11/2025 01:43 EST

I run a constant flow of large commercial cultivation facilities and need a structural engineer who can be online with me, the architects and the MEP team every weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time. The collaboration is fast-paced and fully remote, so steady availability during that window is essential.
Our structures lean heavily on steel frames, concrete slabs and cores, with engineered wood elements appearing regularly and the occasional aluminum platform or guardrail. You should be at ease applying AISC, ACI and NDS provisions—and switching between them as the project demands.
Your core responsibilities will be creating new designs, revising existing ones as loads shift, running rigorous QA/QC, and issuing clear, professional letters whenever a building official or client needs written confirmation. Quick screen-share reviews and same-day turnarounds are part of the routine.
Please focus your application on relevant experience: comparable commercial or industrial projects, the analysis or BIM tools you rely on, and examples that show you can thrive in a live, multi-discipline environment.
Typical deliverables
