Full Set of Commercial Drawings for Permits

I am seeking a licensed architect or engineer to prepare a full set of commercial drawings, including civil, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). The project is located in Spring Lake, North Carolina. The site plans have already been approved by the town, and I also have some existing drawings to assist with the process. The work needs to be completed within a couple of months.
