Full Architectural Plans and Design for 4-Bedroom House

Task: Draft Full Working Plans – 4-Bedroom Split-Level Home (Hervey Bay, QLD)
We’re looking for an experienced residential designer to create full working drawings for a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home (approx. 235m²) on a standard residential block in Hervey Bay, QLD.
What we need:
• Full set of working plans suitable for council submission
• Must comply with Queensland building codes and local council requirements
• Willing to offer practical and innovative suggestions during the design process
• Include unlimited revisions until we’re happy with the final result
• Start immediately and work efficiently
• Able to respond to any council feedback or adjustments
• Must have experience designing residential properties in QLD
• Must be willing to consult via teleconference throughout the project
• Deliverables: PDF plans (let us know if you can provide CAD files too)
We will provide:
• A current contour survey plan
• Availability to answer questions or clarify requirements throughout the job
Important:
• This task is for working drawings only (no engineering, energy reports, or interior design)
• You must be licensed/registered in Queensland and have professional indemnity insurance
