Full Architect/Engineer Needed for Residential Building
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a skilled architect and engineer to assist in the completion of a residential building project. I need the following services:
- Architectural Plans: You will need to provide comprehensive architectural plans for the residential building.
- Engineering Plans: In addition, I need detailed engineering plans for the same building.
- Drainage Plans: You will also be responsible for creating effective drainage plans for the project.
The project is a two-story residential building, and we already have 2D plans which you will need to work from. Your role will be to interpret these plans and execute them in a way that's both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Ideal candidates for this position should have:
- A background in architecture and engineering, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- Experience in creating drainage plans, particularly for residential properties.
- Strong skills in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design.
- The ability to read and work from existing 2D plans.
