I'm looking for a professional to design the under-deck framing for a freestanding deck. See the attached picture - I just need the structural design requirements for the part in red. The deck will serve as an outdoor entertainment area, and the specific requirements are as follows:

- Decking Surface: The deck will use an aluminum - LockDry by Nexan surface, so the design must consider the properties and installation of this material.
