Freelancer Architect/Cad Designer needed for Duplex/villa projects
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Project Deliverables -
1.Concept plan (Architectural)
2. Working drawing with column placement and clear measurements of all elements.
3. Structure drawing-
(Column centerline drawing for excavation, Column & Footing structural drawing, Plinth beam layout & structural drawing,Roof beam & roof slab layout with structural details)
4.Building elevation
(Concept 2d and 3d Elevation required).
5.BOQ (detailed in excel prefered)
-We as a developer take Duplex/Villa construction ( both civil + interior ) turnkey projects in Gurgaon/Noida/Ghaziabad/Lucknow/Allahabad and Varanasi.
-If we found the deliverables up to the mark we can offer multiple projects to work upon.
-On time and quality work will be the paramount importance to us.
