I'm seeking a freelance architectural drafter with expertise in residential construction documentation, particularly focused on single-family homes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Translating my hand-drawn designs into detailed construction drawings and permit sets.
- Ensuring all designs meet Colorado's residential building codes and regulations.
- Collaborating with me to refine plans and make necessary revisions.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (Revit not required).
- In-depth knowledge of Colorado's residential building codes.
- Previous experience producing construction documents for single-family homes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
You'll be primarily drafting for:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
This is a remote, project-based position. Please submit your portfolio and relevant experience for consideration.
