Frankie's Boom Boom Room -- 2

Old bank building, demo and reno for new Tequila Bar. Needing Bar build, patio built off of back of building for cigar terrace, and old bank vault converted into humidor. Space will be devised into two spaces, and the bar build space is marked as Tenant B in yellow. I am attaching layout docs, and also a drawing of proposed division (colored doc).
