Four (4) 2D AutoCAD Drawings from a Bluebeam Sketch

I require a total of four (4) AutoCAD drawings to be drafted and exported into PDF. All the drawings would be in 2D and would need the AutoCAD file and PDF extracted file.

I would provide sketches in BlueBeam with the dimensions. These are the drawings I would require:

1. Plan view of the Existing Upstairs in a Home
2. Plan view of the Existing Basement of a Home
3. Plan view of the proposed new construction inside the Basement
4. Elevation view of the front of the home.

I would require 1 revision included.

Again, I would provide the sketch in bluebeam with dimensions and just needs to be drawn in AutoCAD.

Uploaded is a sample of the plan view drawing I require from another project.

I would be looking for a quick turn around (maximum 2 days) after I provide the sketches which I am currently preparing.
