Foundation design (raft)

I am looking for an experienced engineer or designer to assist me with the foundation design for my project. The ideal candidate should have expertise in raft foundation design, as this is the type of foundation I require. The project site has a soil condition of rock, so knowledge of working with this type of soil is necessary. The foundation should be able to handle a moderate load-bearing capacity.
